Cleaners can log in to view assigned appointments, daily tasks, calendar details, hours/time notes, SOPs, and internal messages.

  • Track arrival, departure, breaks, and job hours in task notes.
  • Review access instructions before arrival.
  • Report no-access, supplies, damage, or client issues.

Need Access?

Portal invitations are sent after setup.

New customers receive portal access after Bay Lotus creates their client profile. Cleaners receive access after onboarding and permissions are assigned.

Use the password reset option on the portal login screen, or contact Bay Lotus so we can resend your invitation.
